Creek Classic
– Beaver Creek, Ohio
U-13
Boys Win Division Title
With
a 4-0 win in the final of the Green Division, the Boys U-13 team came away
from the Creek Classic Tournament with a well earned title. They were
unbeaten in the three games in the Group Stage and conceded only 2 goals
throughout. Congratulations to coaches Logan Stamper and Brian Hobbs and
the boys of the U-13 team.
The
U-17 Boys Team finished runners-up in the Red Division, losing the final by
the narrowest of margins 2-1. A good showing by Coach Chris Combs and his
team.
In
the other age groups the U-15 boys completed play with two wins and one
loss, the U-15 Girls had one win and two losses, the U-13 Girls had one win
one tie and one loss and the U-10 co-ed team had one tie and two losses.
Overall
this was an excellent return from the six teams that went to Beaver Creek
for this tournament which draws teams from many parts of Ohio,
Indiana and
Kentucky.
