CLUB PHILOSOPHY/ MISSION

The philosophy of FC Kentucky is to develop players at a young age and instill a passion for soccer in them.  The Club is focused on technique and fundamentals at the younger ages, not winning.  As they grow in age, the Club will slowly work in the competitive and mental aspects of the game.  During the entire player progression, we strive to make the game of soccer fun and rewarding.  Our coaching staff will promote confidence, creativity and self esteem through emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship every step of the way.  This philosophy is driven by our Board and Coaching staff.  We will provide an environment where players, coaches and families will share positive experiences and have the best interest of the players at the front of everything we do.  As we grow, we also hope to provide soccer education opportunities for anyone interested and we hope to provide consulting services to organizations

looking to improve soccer in their area.
